705 - Plan/Schedule

To start the 705 unit I created a rough schedule of all the weeks, I added rough placeholder details of what I will do each week working backwards from the deadline so that I can make sure everything is done in good time.

I tried to add more detail to the first 5 weeks with jobs and lists of what I need to do, I used my master to-do list that I had created last week to do this. I did this as the 6th week is half term, and while universities don't have half term it does mean that I am not at work that week and can work more on this project. I hope that this week, I will be able to get a large portion of the building done, I want to use this week as a catch-up and reassess week. Where I will look at what needs doing in the project and plan the next block of weeks up to the easter holidays. 

Here is my schedule so far. You will notice that I have added an additional column and that is because I am very over-ambitious and plan to do too much in a single week. By adding the additional column rather than just moving or deleting the tasks, I can start to see where I over-plan and recognise how much I can get done in a week.
